Leading the Development Process on Over a Dozen Active Retail Real Estate Projects
ATE Real Estate advises and oversees all aspects of site selection, leasing, acquisition, financing, entitlement, construction and project stabilization. These efforts include managing the in-house transaction team, development team, and asset management department. ATE negotiates all LOIs for purchase/sale/lease/financing then works with our attorneys through execution of all PSAs, leases, equity, loan docs, CC&Rs (new or amended) development agreements and all other legal instruments in the development process. Projects range from 17-acre mixed use developments to ½ acre single tenant pads.
