Rance's Chicago Pizza was co-founded by ATE Real Estate in 2012 in Costa Mesa, CA, with a mission to create happiness and unity through the highest quality pizza, wings, and other offerings. Known for its deep-dish and thin-crust pizzas, Rance's has won numerous awards, including the coveted Golden Foodie Award for Best Pizza, and has been featured on Food Paradise and other programs. Its photogenic food, like its iconic cheese pulls, has gained a large following on social media.

Expanding Across Southern California

The second Rance’s location opened in 2016 in Long Beach, CA. Rance’s is currently seeking properties in Southern California with a minimum of 2,500 sq ft. The company prefers to purchase buildings and is open to acquiring larger sites to lease to other restaurants. Operated by ATE, Rance’s continues to grow as a go-to destination for pizza lovers.
